White Knight is OP! Encounter clearing build:
Get him an item that gives him AP with kill, get him the weapon that teleports him to the next enemy after a kill, max blessed weapon, max strike (except bleed). Support him with a sage/defender that has rally or inspiration and bless. Pump his AP, MP, and attack. Run him in to get a last hit, regaining his AP for the kill and empowering his damage further. He will teleport to the next enemy and should be a 1-hit KO again, if not, position him to be in range to hit 2 enemies at once to get the double swing. Once he kills 2 at once, hes got an AP gain and he will just teleport around the board killing everything with a stacking damage and AP buff. Have him use Bless Weapon again as soon as its up and he will have infinite AP gain.
