Third Treasure of the Tuatha Dé Danann is an Event in King Arthur: Knight's Tale. Completing these events can yield special bonuses and rewards and the choices you make will ultimately affect certain features like the Morality Chart and the loyalty for the heroes that have joined the Round Table, some choices grants bonuses and some have consequences.

The sage who told us of the four treasures of the Tuatha dé Dennan has visited Sir Mordred yet again. He is talking of a man called Brendamn, a legendary shipmaster and explorer, who managed to sail to Avalon without the Lady of the Lake's permission. After his passing, a temple was built close to Camelot, honoring Brendamn's name, which was later turned into a cathedral, thanks to King Pellam's generous gifts. Legends say the catacombs below the cathedral hide otherworldly relics - such as the Spear of Lugh, one of the four treasures of the Tuatha dé Dennan. We must think hard and well who do we send to those depths - the ancient scriptures say that Brendamn's curiosity was only surpassed by his faith.

Event is definitely for Christians. I passed with Sir Ector level 13 loyalty -14 (lol, he's just kept around solely for the relic dust every mission). If a character who is ~6 levels behind every character and literally hates Mordred is able to pass this event, then it is clearly meant for Christian characters.

I honestly don't know what's going on with this event.
I tried again with Lady morgana, level 19 loyalty 20 and it failed too.
