Main Mission Introduction
"The only man who could be capable of restoring the Excalibur is a mysterious Sidhe, a blacksmith who works with magic This Artificer, as he is called, is presently held captive in a Pict camp as a servant to none other than Morgawse... my mother. The last time I saw her, she was the Witch Queen of Orkney, who also found her way to Avalon. We were never in the best of terms, so this will be an interesting quest."
Main Mission Completed Description
"My search for the mysterious blacksmith who could reforge the Excalibur was successful. However, in the Pict camp I met the former Witch Queen of Orkney, the fearsome and elegant Morgawse... my estranged mother. It was not exactly the most heartfelt family reunion."

Find the Artificer
This mission begins with a dialogue with the Hermit before he joins your party. You will then have a marked objective point on your map. As you move towards the objective you will bed faced with your first battle.
You will have 4 turns before reinforcement arrived so your current goal is to Kill the enemies before they arrive. Clear the bowmen off to the sides first before getting in a good position to clear the rest of them. They will be conveniently positions close to each other which could give you an opportunity to deal a devastating attack with a n AoE. Make your turns count. They should be cleared easily.
If you head west, you will come across some Summoners. you will have 3 turns before they are successful with their summons. Throughout the map you will encounter small clumps of Pict group. Clear them in the same way.
You will eventually some across High Priestess Carman once you pass the Screaming Mound. There will a few piles of bones to loot here. At the end of her dialogue, she repositions and spawns the queenburrow.
Continue making your way south while clearing the pict camps.
Once you reach the obejctive point, you will find the caged Artificer, and a dialogue will indiate with Lady Morgawse. At this point Merlin will also reveal himself. You will be given the option to choose to accept Lady Mowgawse's offer or choose to continuue to trust Merlin.
This is an event decision.

Choosing either will result in another battle. Your decision will affect who joins your Round Table. Complete the battle and another dialogue will begin. Aftewards, you will be able to finish the mission.
