Side Mission Introduction
"A band of marauders harass our tax-collectors and evade capture by hiding away in a forest that is rumored to be haunted. I have heard that Sir Pelleas was seeen around the woods in pursuit of the brigands. Good old Pelleas! Protector of the downtrodden, who never cared about fame. We must deal with these brigands and I need knights for my Round Table, so this looks like an opportunity to kill two birds with one stone"
Side Mission Completed Description
"The brigands, who used the ill reputation of the haunted forest to find shelter, have been defeated, but their ignorance helped to release the curse of Lady Violet. Sir Pelleas, one fo the real noble souls of old Camelot was also pursuing them, although he superrstiatiously tries to avoid the undead. Good thing that we sent our knights to the woods."

The Lady of the Lake will begin the Mission by warning your Heroes not to enter the forest. Walk forward and you will come across him about to enter combat. This will immediately put you into combat as well. There will be four enemeis in the area in total, two of them being archers. Since they start relatively close to you , ensure your archers are protected and have enough distance so as to avoid the ranged penality. For combat information, check the Combat page. Complete the fight. Clear any enemies within close range and use ranged attacks to clear those at a distance. Going through the battle will begin a dialogue with Sir Pelleas. He mentioned that Lady Violet's tomb is cursed and that she shouldn't be disturbed. They will then discuss entering the forest, then Sir Pelleas will you join you. This will conclude the first objective.
Find and defeat the bandits
- Protect the Villager (Wave 4/4)
Once you can move and check the map, you will notice that this mission begins a the east of the map. Follow the path towards the center and you will encounter an NPC asking for help. This will put you in a battle against the undead. You will notice the initial horde coming tom the top right, but there will be more in the area. Clear this horde and they will approach. Clear the area of enemies and the NPC will be revealed to you as Little Bernard. You can ask him about his camp and and will tell you its location and where their leader is. He says Anselm is in the main camp and there is a smaller hideout nearby. As the dialogue ends, you will then have the option to dismiss him or attack him. Dismiss him and he will leave you with some advice. "Wehn you see a path to the south, avoid it! It leads to the lair of the undead witch!" Letting him go will result of a negative reaction from Sir Pelleas.
Now there will be two quest markers that will appear on your map, there's one located at the west and one north-east. The one at the left is an old cemetery where you'll encounter bandits, they will engage in a dialogue claiming to be merely woodcutters. You then will face an option to initiate battle or let them go. If you choose to let them go, you won't be able to loot the chest in the area anymore, but you can still rest at the campfire if needed.
Once you make your way to the center to track back, you may come across an already on going battle. The brigands will be going aginst the dead. Then you will be prompted to make your turn. Clear this area to leave. After the battle, head north-east of the map where you can see the other quest marker indicated on your map. You will then have reached the Bandit Camp where you will finally face Cunning Anselm and the bandits. At he beginnings of the battle, only a few enemies will reveal themselves to you, be aware of those that are concealed or are hiding in corners. Clear this last battle and you will be able to Finsih the mission. Sir Pelleas will then say he will join you and be a part of the Knights of the Round Table. Take a rest at the campfire if needed and loot the two chests in the area before you go.
