Forest of the Fallen is a Mission in King Arthur: Knight's Tale, this mission tasks the player to clear all the undead in the woods. Missions are various tasks that a player can acquire and enlist throughout the game, missions are usually unlocked through the main campaign, during a series of events, or are given by certain NPCs. Completing a quest also grants various rewards that can aid the player throughout their journey.
As I gather, in the golden age of Avalon, knights were wandering these woods seeking adventure. They fought and sometimes fell, but eventually they always returned fully healed and in great spirits.
But that was before Avalon succumbed to the taint. Now anyone who dies here remains trapped between life and death, and of course now it has become my duty to take care of this pest.

For this mission, you may want to bring two Marksman heroes in your party such as Sir Yvain and Lady Dindraine, and have Sir Mordred and your strongest Champion hero. Upon starting, go straight and turn left towards a chest that you can loot. Before you reach it, you'll encounter the first group of enemies. These enemies are ghouls and The Lost. The Lost can reanimate after a number of turns when their initial vitality reaches zero, so it's wise that you have two Marksman heroes here so that they can easily take out these enemies before they can reanimate - after clearing the enemies, open the chest nearby.
Before going straight, go east from the starting point and you'll find three enemy units guarding another chest. The enemy unit in the middle is quite strong, so try to take out the two units behind the one in the middle. If you have Lady Dindraine's Fire Bolt skill and unlocked the Explosive Bolt mastery, you can easily ignite the three enemy units on fire, causing damage during their turn. These enemies again are The Lost, so they can reanimate after a number of turns - loot the chest after killing the enemies.
Next, go straight and you'll find a shrine for this mission. Use it to obtain random buffs for your selected hero. When you reach the intersection just past the shrine, the goal of the mission is on the right, but you can go to the left side first to clear out more of the undead. There are more undead here but also a totem that summons more enemies. You want to have your melee units move forward and place them behind your ranged units, try to take out the enemy archer first and then the totem - there's also another chest here that you can loot.
Now, go back to the intersection and take the opposite path. Before reaching the objective, you can use the bonfire to replenish the party's missing Armour or Hit Points. When you're ready, head to the battlefield where you'll encounter more of The Lost and a Banshee who's controlling the undead. Take note that there are some ghouls burrowed in the ground and that they will pop out if you are within their radius. A good tactic is to have your Defender and Champion hero move towards the Banshee while the other two Marksman provides offensive support from behind, this way, you can stop the Banshee from applying negative status effects to your team and instantly reanimating the dead - make sure to loot the last chest that's nearby before finishing the mission.
