Calamity in Springdale is an Event in King Arthur: Knight's Tale. Completing these events can yield special bonuses and rewards and the choices you make will ultimately affect certain features like the Morality Chart and the loyalty for the heroes that have joined the Round Table, some choices grants bonuses and some have consequences.

 

Springdale is a secluded but prosperous village, famous for its long springs and mild winters. Recently, however, strange misfortunes are preying on the villagers: the cattle is dying and accidents decimate the peasants. The village leader finally gathered his courage to seek Camelot's help. According to the druids - who are held in high esteem by the villagers - a spiteful faerie may be behind the events, but even they couldn't remove the curse. The villagers think that a wise knight from Camelot may end their calamity.

A player must meet these conditions in order to trigger this event:

This event will expire after completing 3 missions regardless if it's a main or side mission after it's been available.

  • Send a champion to break the curse. Your chosen Hero will be unavailable for 1 Mission(s).
  • Ignore the plea.

After completing 1 Mission(s), the deployed hero will return. The outcome of this chained event are as follows:

Choosing Sir Leodegrance:

  • Champion deserves a cup of wine.
  • Adds +40% XP fo Sir Leodegrance.
  • Increases Sir Leodegrance's loyalty by 2.
  • Adds +300 Building Resources.
