A Strange Invitation is an Event in King Arthur: Knight's Tale. Completing these events can yield special bonuses and rewards and the choices you make will ultimately affect certain features like the Morality Chart and the loyalty for the heroes that have joined the Round Table, some choices grants bonuses and some have consequences.
Not afar from Camelot stands a crumbling tower, claimed recently by a crazed knight and his squire. The local villagers accepted the strange pair as their protector - they are not troubled by the rambling antics of the knight who holds knightly tournaments and feasts attended by practically no one. Now the knight's humble-mouthed squire appeared in Sir Mordred's court, handing over an invitation to his Lord's next feast.
How to Discover the A Strange Invitation Event
A player must meet these conditions in order to trigger this event:
- Complete the Side Mission: The Sadness of Sir Tegyr.

- This event takes place in: Kelliwick Hall
A Strange Invitation Event Choices
This event will expire after completing 3 missions regardless if it's a main or side mission after it's been available.
- Accept the invitation and send a knight to attend the feast. Sir Mordred will become unavailable for 1 Mission(s).
- Refuse the invitation.
After completing 1 Mission(s), The deployed hero will return. The outcome of this chained event are as follows:
Choosing Sir Mordred:
- Praise Sir Mordred for the task well done.
- Adds +20% XP for Sir Mordred.
- Adds +500 Gold.
- Adds +300 Building Resources.

Based on everyone below having success with a variety of heroes/classes, success here is likely based on sending a knight within two levels of your highest level character. (Eg. if Mordred is level 16, you can send a knight level 14 or higher and it succeeds. Just don't send your low level bench warmer.)
